  • Basic info — name, status, phone, fax, addresses, assigned owner.
  • Third party documentation — expiration date, related info & links to documents.
  • Insurance policies — expiration date, related info & links to documents.
  • Contacts — name, title, phone, email & notes.
  • Due diligence reviews — review frequency, next review date, links to past reviews.
  • Risk assessments — review frequency, next review date, links to past reviews.
  • Performance reviews — review frequency, next review date, links to past reviews.
  • Incidents — list of previous incidents for this vendor.
  • Competitors — name & notes of possible replacements for this vendor.
  • Documents — general documents uploaded for this vendor, such as privacy policy.
  • Comments — users can post quick notes on the vendor.
  • Automated Reminders: Create automated email reminders for periodic risk assessments, overdue risk assessments, third party document expirations, policy expirations etc.

Reporting capabilities is key to any vendor risk management solution. As every organisation has different reporting requirements, VendorRisk does not come with any canned reports, but rather provides a reporting wizard that lets you generate the following three types of reports:

  • Detailed tailored reports by selecting the fields and search criteria to display in reports.
  • Summary reports that can be displayed with a table of data and/or a pie/column chart.
